#1 Cass Tech wins on the road for Mumford's homecoming

The #1 ranked Cass Tech Technicians extended their in-state winning streak to 19 games on the road for Mumford's homecoming game. Eastern Michigan bound QB Aaron Jackson threw for a touchdown to his reliable classmate in 2018 WR Teone Allen and ran for 2 touchdowns in the first half. 2018 RB Charles Highbaugh has emerged as a reliable ground threat as he wore down Mumford late with yards after contact including his touchdown where carried a few Mustangs 5 yards into the end zone.

Mumford's 2018 QB/CB Lavien Fields had the first points of the game with a pick-six touchdown return. Cass Tech 2019 CB Xavier Goldsmith added an interception for Cass.
